SPR# MMNDDB9GF9 - Client - Calendar - Added a "Join Meeting" hotspot in addition to the existing online meeting url hotspot. In addition, the online meeting url line can be hidden using the new Notes.ini ICAL_NoMeetingURL=1. Note for fixpacks, the hotspot will read "Online meeting", not "Join Meeting"
